One long time ago, people were calling me to come visit ‘the spot’. People always get together and share what they got at ‘the spot’. Pakalolo(marijuana) you know, and it’s usually ..eh.. decent. At that time, it was a big time weed growing frenzy – everyone always being nonstop busy working with with the plants. It almost seemed like a chore to take a break. Good thing I did.

Check out this Dark Star bud and it’s unreal. First thing, super dense round nuggets. Second, covered in a mass explosion of frosty crystals. Third, it reeked of black berried. Seriously smelled so strong fruity we were questioning if it was real-deal. And yes it was the purps.

Nobody had seen anything like Darkstar weed. Amazement and surprise when you see the finished flowers. Whoever can grow this strain correctly can produce some of the utmost best looking, smelling, and tasting pot around. No doubt  Dark Star is of a very high value.

These are some seriously marvelous buds – rock solid and heavy pungently fruity in the taste of overripe blackberries. This bud is fun to break-up. You get some unreal colors, and the high-THC(22% plus) crystal gleams in the light. Sticky and candy coated. Real elaborate dark purple colors inside and out the bud, Dark Star is truly a cash-croppers dream plant.

Get this strain and grow some high-THC indica crip-s*** that will have the crowd yelling for more. Super heady effects that combine the heady mental effects of a potent sativa with the full-bodied indica stone to go along.

Dark Star Doobie Test

  • Pass around the bud: Everyone is impressed by the density, resin content, gleam and aroma.
  • Break up and roll: Hard nuggets. Incredibly dense. Must be broken up small. Sticky fingers.
  • Dry hit test: Tastes just like the smell. Dark Star’s berry-like flavor is exactly like real blackberries. You can feel the fruitiness stay in your system after sampling this chronic bud.
  • Light test: Needs to be lit slowly, or a canoe effect will happen. Hold flame to it for a while to get her going. Once she gets going the doobie burns slow & well all the way down.
  • Conclusions:

That joint of Dark Star got smoked down to nothing, with all participants truly satisfied.

Dark Star’s high is stony and hybrid like. Not quite the paranoid type, but more of the happy-go-lucky laughing type. A heavy, red-eyed indica stone, with some sativa kick and energy to keep you actively enjoying the time.

Apparently this cannabis strain has been tested up to and above 22% THC. It sure feels like it. Strong sativa and indica effects. You’ll be feeling as spacey as the Grateful Dead song it’s named after.

Extremely desirable and marketable cannabis strain. Perfect for anyone who needs quality over quantity, in a bud that has all the features of a best-seller. Lots of people want dank, dense stony buds. Dark Star is all of that and more. A must-try strain.

Dark Star Grow Info:

Outdoors or Indoors, Dark Star is a hardy, heavy-yielding strain when grown properly, her ancestors being tried-and-true varieties we have grown outdoors for years, Purple Kush and an Afghani strain.

Dark Star’s fat and bushy structure will benefit from larger applications of fertilizer. Feed the soil well, and watch dank buds get to their full dense potential. Dark Star strain performs magnificently in various growing methods, however it’s recommended running Dark Star seeds on a true living organics set-up.

When grown outdoors, the indica-dominant Dark Star immensely benefits from additional high-intensity lighting on top of natural sunlight during it’s vegetative growth cycle. This will help kick-start Dark Star into highball speed, rapidly producing substantially fat sucker leaves while structuring out huskily.

With this hybrid strain it is required to viciously inspect buds towards the end of flowering, especially for outdoor growers. Not the most mold resistant variety out there, nevertheless Dark Star is a snap to pull off when blessed with fair weather and a good eye for inspecting buds. Keep this indica-dom clean and in full sun as much as possible.

For indoor growers and outdoor growers in a suitable climate, Dark Star will send users to the cosmos while providing some the uttermost marketable pot this planet has ever encountered.

About the Author:

This is my story about Dark Star. It happened back about the year 2010 when this dude from California visited Uncle’s cabin in the woods. Our ‘ohana(family) lives like self-sufficient. In small self-built cabins in the Hawaiian rain-forest, growing weed, fruits and vegetables for ourselves and others. Growers from all around the world hear about the spot, and like to pop by with some killer buds to share.
